We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused or gently used (we understand you may need to test the product)
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at clothing@joneshorizon.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for Canadian orders.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (such as switching from Matte Clay to Pomade), please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that show signs of heavy use or tampering
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

We provide prepaid return labels for Canadian customers. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
